a. At the time of application, the individual must be 18 years of age. Applicant shall possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and agree to an AZ DMV record check.
b. Applicants shall complete an application designated by CFD along with any necessary paperwork for hiring.
c. Applicant shall agree to a DPS criminal background check along with valid fingerprint cards to be submitted for State and Federal criminal records check.
e. Applicant shall submit to a membership interview by a three-member interview board. The interview board is made up of 3 long-term members in good standing.
