This is the October 3, 2013 / July 3, 2014 signed Standard Operating Guidelines.

Kept as an archive so the station can see what changed. Current desk copy is Standard Operating Guidelines 2026.

Material differences you will hit if you read this book by mistake:
- Probation was unpaid for six months. 2026 pays prevailing minimum wage.
- 70% basic test before turnout issue. 2026 lets the Chief approve riding calls within the trainee’s scope.
- Interior attack accepted USFS arduous pack test and/or CFD agility. 2026 points at AZ State Firefighter 1/2.
- Training was 2nd and 4th Thursday; Board was 1st Thursday; 3rd Thursday was inspections / officers. 2026: Board is 2nd Thursday; Thursdays are paid training.
- Public records fee was $0.50/page only. 2026 adds a $10.00 base fee.
- Turnouts required on all non-EMS calls. 2026 allows Turnouts or Wildland PPE.
