The Concho Fire District shall establish a rank structure and the duties/responsibilities for each rank. This policy also establishes an organizational chain of command.
The Fire Chief shall have the final authority to assign, re-assign, appoint, promote or demote any personnel, paid or volunteer, to any position under his/her command.
