Finish the paperwork before you leave, unless the next supervisor says otherwise.
Body
Supervisors are responsible for the proper completion of all records, reports and forms initiated in their command. Complete them by the end of the shift in which the subject occurred unless the next supervisor in the chain approves delay until the next shift day. Write neat, accurate, proper. Illegible, inaccurate, improper or falsified documents may require revision. Members shall not divulge information in incident reports or other official records. Patient records (PCR) stay confidential for HIPAA. Requests for information go to the Fire Chief or appointed designee.
