PURPOSE: Protect the integrity of District information, services and decision-making.
Members shall not use their position for private gain, steer District purchases to a household business without disclosure, or sit on both sides of a contract. Disclose conflicts to the Chief in writing. Board members follow Title 38 disclosure rules separately.
