The Fire Chief or designated representative shall conduct background investigations of applicants including fingerprinting (AZ State and FBI).
SOG §1 already requires the applicant to agree to DPS criminal background and valid fingerprint cards for State and Federal records check, plus an AZ DMV record check.
Source book also references a Fingerprinting Policy dated 1/28/2025 — that standalone sheet is not in this seed. Drop it in as its own document when the Chief produces the file.
