PURPOSE: Establish the District’s position prohibiting harassment. Harassment, sexual or otherwise, is not tolerated. Report to a supervisor, the Chief, or the Board Chair if the Chief is the subject. Good-faith complaints are protected from reprisal. The Grievance Policy points harassment and discrimination complaints at this policy and Equal Employment.
