A workplace free of violence and threats.
Body
PURPOSE: Provide the personnel of the Concho Fire Department a workplace free of violence. Threats, stalking, weapons used as intimidation, and physical assault are grounds for immediate removal. On a scene, hostile bystanders are an SOG §8 problem — contact a senior officer so they can request law enforcement. Do not take the fight.
