PURPOSE: Ensure prospective and current operations personnel meet the minimum physical standards for the position.
Job offers are contingent on passing a physical agility examination. If the individual does not pass, they have three months to pass. After 90 days of noncompliance a member is placed on the inactive list until they can comply.
Personnel shall report prescription medications and over-the-counter medications that could alter safe performance. See also Drug & Alcohol Screening in the source book.
Results live in the medical file, not the open personnel file.
