Any member of this department served with any summons or subpoena, or contacted by any private investigator or insurance representative concerning Concho Fire District shall notify the Fire Chief prior to a response. The Chief will check with the County Attorney regarding the need for representation.
Files, records, and transcripts of Concho Fire District business that is deemed to be public record shall be requested in writing by the public and shall incur a processing fee of $.50 per page with a $10.00 base fee. This fee shall be paid before records will be released to the requesting party.
